Baking chocolate cream cheese cupcakes.

Gathered with friends for a BBQ Saturday evening and since they have kids, I knew these oooey-gooey chocolate cupcakes with the molten cream cheese centers would be a hit. And–they were, with the little kids and the big kids too.

Note to self: try the recipe next time with carrot cake and a cream cheese-pecan dollop in the middle.
