A few weeks ago I had dinner at my favorite sushi restaurant, Indie Cafe on Broadway.

One of the specials that night was the Flaming Snowball. As you can see, the dipping sauce (with a hint of sake) was actually flaming. I can’t remember now what was in the roll, but it was spicy and delicious.
