I popped in to Metropolis Coffee on Granville to buy a pound of coffee for work and they had lemon chess pie, so of course I had to get a piece. It’s like a really intense lemon meringue pie without all the meringue getting in the way. I had it with a frothy iced latte. Mmmmm mmmmm.
