Mother Nature gave us a New Year’s gift of a fresh few inches of snow, the kind that sticks to the trees and transforms everything into a beautiful winter wonderland. I’m off for a New Year’s Day tromp through the snow and then home to spend the rest of the day reading in front of the fire.
