Today we had a full day of sunshine, which has been very rare here in Chicago in the month of February.
The amaryllis my step-mother gave us for Christmas has been blooming in stages all month, reminding us that spring flowers will bloom…in two months or so. There’s the potential for a lot more snow between now and then.
