My 3 p.m. photo plus or minus, in this case minus by about an hour. I was home checking in on The Fourth Plinth while grabbing lunch before heading down to the harbor for a quick sail. Storm clouds in the air.
Here I was enjoying a cup of coffee and, coincidentally and very appropriately, a Scottish shortbread cookie while watching the current Plinther, Michael Mooney; a Scot wearing a kilt and toasting with a bit of whiskey to mark each quarter hour he was up there.
