Jan, the amazing host that she is, was sure to incorporate Bacon Thursday into her foodie plans for us. Her neighbor Day is a master griller and he’s perfected bacon on the grill. This was outstanding tasty bacon. Pepper encrusted bacon slow cooked over hickory chips. So good.
