Here’s the finished product. Our preferred twist on the BLT is a BAT, substituting arugula for the lettuce to give the sandwich more flavor. The tomatoes came from Jan’s rooftop garden and they were not only tasty but the reddest tomatoes I’ve seen in quite a while.
Another successful Bacon Thursday, and one that will be hard to top.
