My ginger peach tea (from Halcyon Tea, purchased when I was in San Diego) needed some company so I made a batch of raspberry muffins (from a mix I purchased at Weisenberger Mills when I was in Kentucky last month). A tasty way to start the day.
This afternoon, Karen and I will make up a big batch of roasted tomato sauce (thanks John!) with tomatoes and onions purchased at the farmers market Saturday and then grill dinner with more produce from the farmers market, our CSA farm box and steak from the butcher, who uses a local supplier. It's all good.
