In case you haven't heard, the Midwest has been plunged into another deep freeze following this past weekend's howling snow storm. To the north and south of us, Minnesota and Indiana were pounded with snow, while we snuck through the middle with very little accumulation. I, for one, was very disappointed. The snow was followed by daytime temps with highs in the teens and windchill below zero.
We're finally eeking back up into the 20s, but it's still hard to get out of bed when you now the temp outside is only 6 and everything is covered in a crust of icy snow.
